Luna was tasked with researching the 13 original colonies and choosing 4 to create a road trip plan for visiting them. She had to choose at least one colony from each of the regions.
I chose 5 colonies instead of 4. I chose to go to Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina.
Next I had to choose which attractions to visit. The whole list is below, but a few I'm really looking forward to are seeing Hamilton's grave, seeing baby goats in the Amish country, and I'm looking forward to going to the Hershey museum and amusement park. I'm also looking forward to Williamsburg.
Last, I had to figure out the order we would visit the colonies, how much it would cost, the number of days we would spend on each day, how many miles we would travel, and the mode of transportation.
I think that visiting the colonies would be fun, but I wouldn't want to go to all of them in one go. It feels really stressful and overwhelming to go to all of them in one trip.
