For our first '4 the love' for 2010 we have invited one of Tokyo's biggest and most experienced local DJ's, Toshiyuki Goto as we introduce a totally new concept to '4 the love', a Tag Team system with each of the two DJ's rotates between alternate one hour sets all night. A fresh, fun and exciting take on the 2 DJ's per event style (which has been a staple part of '4 the love' since it started), be prepared for a full night of ass shaking action as each DJ tries to one up the other each hour.

2010年第1回目の4 the loveでは、東京で最もビッグかつ経験のあるDJ後藤俊之をゲストに迎え、4 the loveの新しいコンセプトであるタグチームシステムを導入し、2人のDJが1時間ごとに交代しながら最後までプレイする。2人のDJによる新しいイベントスタイルで、新鮮で楽しく、エキサイティングなテイクと共に、一晩中踊り続ける覚悟をしておこう。

Starting DJing in the 80's playing at a range of venues in Tokyo, Toshiyuki decided in '91 to leave Tokyo behind and develop his career in the dance music capital of the world, NYC. His skills quickly lead him to become a resident DJ at 'Acme Disco'. While DJing he was also working on producing his own tracks and in 1996 he collaborated with jazz keyboardist Masahiro Kikuchi to form MATO and produce the world wide hits 'Tribe' and 'Drifting' on François K's distinguished record label Wave Music. Toshi has a swag of other releases on range of other highly respected labels such as Cutting Edge, Avex, CRUE-L and Flower. Since returning to Japan in '03, Toshiyuki has held residencies at infamous venues such as Spacelab Yellow, AIR and WEDGE. He currently holds a residency with close friend DJ Nori at Mircrocosmos along with Woal in Takasaki and his own party at Combine in Daikanyama. On top of that, he regularly touring Europe and has headlined some of the worlds best clubs such as Shelter and Cielo in NYC as well as Precious Hall in Sapporo, where he selects from his collection of more than 7000 records to play marathon sets ranging across the whole music spectrum of dance music. Always unpredictable, but focused clearly on the dance floor, Toshiyuki will blow the '4 the love' dance floor away and introduce some genres yet to be heard on our dancefloor including Drum and Bass, Dub Step, Jazz and maybe even some of his favourite artist, Jimi Hendrix.

後藤俊之は80年代に東京でDJとして活動をはじめ、91年に東京を離れ世界のダンスミュージックの中心であるニューヨークで彼のキャリアを築いていくことに決めた。そして彼は実力で、すぐにAcme DiscoのレジデンスDJとして君臨した。彼はDJをしながら、自信の音楽プロデュースも手がけ、1996年にジャスキーボード演奏者のMasahiro KikuchiとのコラボレーションでMATOを結成し、Francois Kの有名なレコードレーベルのWaveMusicから世界的ヒットとなったTribe and Driftingをプロデュースした。後藤は他にも多くの曲を、Cutting Edge, Avex, CRUE-L, Flower Recordsなどの名だたるレーベルからリリースしている。03年に日本に戻ってきてからは、Spacelab Yellow, AIRやWEDGEなどの有名なクラブのレジデンスとなった。近年は、近しい友人のDJ NoriとMicrocosmosや高崎のWoalでのレジデンスをつとめ、代官山のCombineでは自信のパーティーも開いている。さらに世界的トップクラスのクラブであるニューヨークのShelterやCielo, また札幌のPrecious Hallなどでプレイし、そこでは7000枚以上にもわたる彼のダンスミュージックコレクションの中からマラソンセットのために彼が選んだ曲をプレイしていた。常に良い意味で期待を裏切り、常にダンスフロアにフォーカスしている後藤は、4 the loveでもフロアを沸かし、Drum and Bass, Dub Step, Jassやさらに彼の好きなアーティストであるJimi Hendrixなど、4 the loveのダンスフロアではまだ聞いたことのないようなジャンルも魅せてくれることだろう。
